For over a decade, the Institute for Scientific and Technical Information (INstitut de l’Information Scientifique et Technique - Inist) of the French National Center for Scientific Research (Cnrs) has been designing and developing services to facilitate access to and valorization of scientific information produced by international basic and applied research communities.
